Pangea Joins Github Copilot Partner Program, Empowering App Developers with Composable Security Features and AI Assistance

Palo Alto, California — May 21, 2024 —Pangea, the leader in Composable Security APIs for application development, today announced its participation in the Copilot Partner Program and the limited public beta of the Pangea extension for Github Copilot, which gives developers a natural language interface to easily explore and embed Pangea’s pre-built app security features. The company’s multi-cloud platform supports 19 different app security services including authentication, authorization, secure audit logging, file scanning, and PII redaction.

Developers can use Copilot Chat, its natural language interface, to query the Pangea extension and ask it how to implement specific security features, which will return a concise description of the relevant Pangea service and link to product documentation if further detail is requested. Pangea’s extension also provides code samples that developers can use as a reference to further accelerate implementation.
