Enable and Configure Edge Services

Create a Pangea project

  1. Sign up for a free Pangea account .

  2. After creating your account and first project, skip the wizards.

    This will take you to the Pangea User Console, where you can enable the necessary services.

  3. Contact info@pangea.cloud to request access to Pangea's private Docker repositories. Include your Pangea Organization ID and Docker Hub username in the request.

    You can find your Organization ID on the Organization Overview page in your Pangea User Console. This page is accessible via the link under your profile icon.

Enable and set up Edge service

Select a service below to configure your Edge deployment.

  1. In your Pangea User Console , go to the navigation sidebar and click AI Guard.

  2. In the service enablement dialogs, click Next, then Done.

    Optionally, in the final dialog, test the service by entering text in Text to guard and clicking Send.

  3. Click Finish to go to the service page in your Pangea User Console.

  4. On the service page, under Settings, click Edge.

  5. On the AI Guard Edge page, complete all steps with clickable buttons.

    1. If Vault is not enabled, click Create Vault Token, then click Next and Done to accept the defaults.
    2. Click Generate Edge Proxy Token to create the proxy token.
    3. Click Generate Edge Service to Service Token or Update Edge Service to Service Token to create or update the service-to-service token.
  6. Capture the values under the Run Edge Proxy section for your Edge deployment:

    • Vault Token - Required to deploy the AI Guard Edge service.
    • AI Guard Token - Use this token to authorize API requests to the deployed service.

    Click a value to copy it to the clipboard.

  7. To test your AI Guard Edge service with Docker before deploying to a cloud environment, click the copy button in the code block to copy the docker-compose.yaml file content.
