Members
All Pangea users belonging to this organization will appear under this section.
Inviting new users
The invite button can be used to invite additional users to the organization. This is the only product area where additional Org Admins can be invited.
This invite flow will allow admins to invite users to any and all projects simultaneously, rather than inviting them to each project individually.
To add an organization or a project member:
- Click the + Invite button. This will open the Add members dialog.
- Provide an email address to which the invitation will be sent.
- Select Org Admin or Org Member role.
- For an Org Member, you will also need to assign a project role. For an Org Admin a project association is optional.
For details on user roles, see Member Roles.
Pending invites
This section will show pending user invites that have been sent to the users but not yet accepted.
To resend an invite, click the right-facing arrow at the end of the line.
To delete an invite click the circled minus symbol.
Removing members
Removing a member can be done by clicking the circled minus symbol at the end of the project member listing.
Removing an Org member from this screen will remove them from all Pangea projects. To remove them from a single project, go to Project Settings
Member Roles
Pangea provides four different roles for members: Org Admin, Org Member, Project Admin, and Project Member.
Org Admin
Organization admins have full-admin access to all settings and configurations in Pangea. They are inherently members of all projects and can manage and configure all project and service settings. Organization admins are the only members that can change and configure organization settings.
Org Member
Any user that is not explicitly an organization admin is, by default, an Organization member. An organization member has the ability to view but not change any organization settings.
Project Admin
A project admin has full project access to the specific organization to which they are assigned. Project admins manage project settings, service configurations, project members, and tokens.
Project Member
A project member has view-only access to all project and service settings. A project member can utilize tokens in code and with the API reference but cannot create or remove tokens.
